Description:
Fix for issues #10949 & 11015 (odatagen utility)

11015: Suppress the display of downloaded metadata and HTTP headers when executed.
10949: Remove need for the binary file to be under a "[Bb]uild" directory. If not under a build folder, will look for XSL files in the executable's directory. Also fixed an issue with the "objc_filename.xslt" file was deleted after execution.

Description:
In setObjectInstanceVariable, if a date came back in the ATOM XML that had a milliseconds it wasn't being parsed. I added a check that if the date conversion resulted in nil, to try converting with a formatter that supported MS.
