I have a problem creating the proxy class for my service. When I run ODATAGEN it always sais: "odatagen: Error in saving metadata".

However I can see the metadata in the browser. I also should have no problems with write rights because I never had problems with this.

Can you help me?

Check *.xsl files location.  

Had the same issue.  Simply ensure that you cd into the odatagen directory before executing the odatagen command.
