When i clicked on odatagen unix file, a window will open in terminal and after that i am unable to write anything on that terminal window.

I am not exactly clear on what the problem is, but it seems you are launching odatagen by clicking on it from the Finder? ODatagen is not a GUI program. You need to launch Terminal first, change the Terminal current directory (cd) to the folder where you have built the odatagen executable, and launch odatagen from there using a command line.

The user guide comes with the source code download. I am trying to figure out how to put it in the Documentation tab here in codeplex.
